For Parents Seeking Family Child Care Army FCC Online is a web based information tool for parents considering using Family Child Care (FCC) as their child care option. It is web based and includes both a public section and a password protected private section. The public section is made up of Garrison FCC Program and contact information. The Garrison FCC Program information is intended to give parents and potential patrons an understanding of the quality care FCC Homes provide. The contact information is there to help you connect with the Garrison staff who can direct you to more information. The private section is made up of detailed text and pictures describing individual FCC Provider's homes. This information is intended to help parents see both the quality of the FCC Homes but also the uniqueness and individuality of each FCC Provider. This section is password protected and can be viewed at the Garrison Child, Youth & School Services (CYS) Central Enrollment Registry (CER) Office. In addition parents/patrons seeking Family Child Care (FCC) options may conduct a search of available Certified Providers on Army FCC Online at their home or office computers using a secure (password protected) Internet option. Get your Username and Password at your Garrison’s CER or FCC office. Army FCC Online allows parents and potential patrons an opportunity to take a virtual tour of Army Family Child Care. When a parent visits Army FCC Online, they will see how Army FCC measures up to the quality standards for all CYS Programs. How To know If You Are Eligible? If you are a Soldier, Department of Defense Civilian or Department of Defense Contractor, you are eligible to use Army FCC Online. Some Army Garrisons do not offer Family Child Care, or haven't fully implemented Army FCC Online. To know whether your Garrison is one of those offering this service, click on the drop down box to see if they have a Garrison FCC Profile. You will also be able to find contact information on this profile to help you continue your search for care.
